My Favorite foods

Chocolate Banana smoothie....
The chocolate banana smoothie contains 3 things... 1 frozen banana, 2 cups Dark Chocolate Almond Milk and 2 cups ice. It is simply amazing. It is healthy for you and satisfies that chocolate craving. You throw it all in a blender and you have perfection.


Even if I wasn't allergic to dairy I would still eat this ice cream! It seriously is so good. It is all organic and made with coconut milk. My favorite one in the mint chip. It has the best flavor and it actually very healthy for you compared to dryers Ice cram. Definitely suggest trying this product.
Almond milk cheese...
A lot of people love cheese.. That was my biggest let go. I love cheese but honestly this is a very good supplement for it! It is meltable and is very much just like having cheese without giving you the stomach ache and it is made with less chemicals that most cheeses have in them.

Why Not to Drink Milk

You don't realize how much dairy products are part of your diet until you find out your allergic and have to cut it out of your diet. I used to have greek yogurt every morning thinking I was being healthy, when actually I was really making my problems worse. My mom is vegan and so we've had to be creative now on what we eat. The best thing we've found so far is any silk milk (silk.com). They have all different sorts of milk such as almond, cashew, soy and so forth. They also have really good recipes for smoothies and such.
I have found cheese, cream cheese, Ice cream, and much more that is dairy free. Being dairy free is becoming more common in the world. People are realizing with research that cow milk isn't all that great for your body, unless you get straight milk from a cow, the chemicals they put in milk to preserve it and such, are very dangerous to your body.  As shown in the article http://www.pcrm.org/health/diets/vegdiets/health-concerns-about-dairy-products. I really think that a lot of people with big health problems should considers cutting out dairy products from their diet.

How it all Started

About a year ago I found out that I was allergic to dairy products. I had had acne problems my whole life and no dermatologist could figure out what was wrong with me. I was on medication after medication and they would all help for a short time and then it would just come back. My mom and I had heard of this pathological doctor in Grand Junction, Colorado. His name was Dr. Bing. He used the energy in your body to discover your problems.
The next week my mom and I took a very long drive to Grand Junction. We got their and I was kind of nervous because I didn't know that he did acupuncture and I hate needles. So I was super scared.
I went first and my mom came in to watch. I was told to relax. He touched my wrist and could "feel my energy". I know it sounds very silly and really unbelievable but it was a life changing experience.
I am now considered allergic to dairy products and this blog is some of the ways I have found around eating dairy.
